At Keralam Herbs & Spices, we strive to deliver your favorite herbs, spices, and wellness products to your doorstep quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the order details.

Note: During high-demand seasons, promotional sales, or holidays, order processing may take a little longer. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Origin

All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse at:

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

  • Our primary domestic shipping partner is DTDC.

  • All shipping charges are calculated on a weight-tiered basis, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.

  • Charges may range from ₹50 and above, depending on the weight and size of your package.

  • DTDC may periodically update their rates, and such changes will automatically apply to our shipping charges.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Approximate delivery time: 3–10 business days.

    • Minimum: 3–5 days.

    • Maximum: 7–10 days, depending on location and courier service efficiency.

  • Orders are typically delivered on or before 7 days from the date of order placement.

  • Remote or rural locations may take additional time.


5. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Unexpected courier issues.

  • Extreme weather conditions.

  • Increased order volumes during festive or sale seasons.

  • Local restrictions, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

If your order is delayed beyond the standard delivery window, our team will contact you via email or telephone to provide an update.


6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the DTDC website.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • For bulk orders or special delivery requests, additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Keralam Herbs & Spices is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.


9. Damages During Transit

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, Keralam Herbs & Spices is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact DTDC directly to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


10. International Shipping (Optional Section)

At present, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We are working towards enabling international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
